Print Production Inc. was formed in 1988 after 22 years of international experience with Strachan Henshaw Machinery (SHM). Strachan Henshaw Machinery, was a British company with a tradition of building high performance, high quality web offset equipment. SHM supplied standard and custom built equipment to many of the world’s leading printing and publishing organizations. Over 80 percent of the company’s products were exported annually which include a wide range of presses, folders, and sheeters used for the production of high quality, multi-color fashion catalogs, magazines, Bibles, text books, directories, and paperback books.

• Redesign Quarter Fold Nip Rollers
• Machining Folder Cylinders for Change of Lap
• Design and Manufacture Angle Bars for the Positioning of Pasters 90 Degrees to the Press Line
• Design and Manufacture Super Structure and Catwalk for the installation of Dryers and Chills for Heat Set Operation
• Design and Manufacture an Inter Folder (This allows webs to be moved out of the way to change lay down on Former Board)
• Design and Manufacture Plow Folders
• Design and Manufacture Banner Tape Machine (Pneumatically controlled)
• Design, Manufacture, and Construct a Semi-Automatic Pin Register Plate Bender (pneumatic)
• Various Modifications to Inline Trimmers
• Rebuild Numerous Presses and Folders
• Re-Bore Side Frames and Metalize Bearing Housings
• Check and Adjust Pre-Loads for Press Cylinder Bearings
• Install New Drive Bevel Gears and Cylinder Gears
• Inspect Presses and Folders Prior to Customer Purchase
